Use DiagEZ when the user needs a rendered Mermaid diagram image URL.

Create valid Mermaid source, encode the UTF-8 Mermaid text as URL-safe Base64 without padding, then build:
https://diagez.com/r/{base64url}.svg

Prefer SVG because it loads fast and stays sharp at any zoom. Use .png only when the user specifically needs a raster image.

Optional query parameters:
- theme=default|github-light|github-dark|hand-drawn|cyberpunk|mono
- bg=transparent|white|ffffff or another hex color without #
- w=128..2400
- pad=0..96
- scale=2 or scale=3, mainly for PNG

Return the final DiagEZ URL and keep the Mermaid source available for editing. Do not place secrets or private data in the diagram URL.
